The Manager, with support from the Director, Member Care Center, is responsible for the effective implementation and execution of the strategic plan for the Member Care Center (MCC). Core duties include management and leadership of processes for continuous improvement of the member experience. Role supports the team in the managing and monitoring of multi-channel queues, sales production goals, team member performance and member service efforts.
As a Financial Services Consultant (FSC), you will devote much of your day to building long term relationships with our members in person and by phone. You will deepen the understanding of our members' financial needs and provide solutions. While most of the job is performed in the branch, FSC's reach out into the community by placing outbound phone calls to existing members, visiting businesses, and being active in the community.
